You know we sometimes need a little something savory to balance with our sweets and what better way to do that than with some yummy melted cheese!

Prosciutto & Provolone Cheese with a smear of our favorite Fig Jam on Francese Roll

Goat Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes & Pesto Sauce on Francese Roll

Ham & Swiss with a touch of Honey Mustard on Francese Roll
And last but not least, the grilled cheese. We decided to give this one a new name since the grilled cheese originated in the 1920's during the Great Depression with just one piece of bread & cheese served open-faced. During the 1960's the top piece of bread was added and still today it is a standard yummy, cheesy comfort food. Now that is some cheese for you!
